The department of fire expertise

The main activities of the department of fire expertise are: production of forensic fire expert and research in the field of expertise of fires; scientific and methodological guidance to the forensic expert agencies of the Federal Fire Service (EMS FPS) "Fire Test Laboratory" (IPL) in the field of research and expertise fires. The specialists of the department carried out the research on criminal, civil and arbitration cases involving fires and violations of fire safety (fire and technical expertise). As part of the expert studies carried out: operational trip to the field of fire, which occurred at the facility; aid in the detection and seizure of objects involved in a fire; inspection of the fire; photo, video; establishment of hearth and cause of the fire. Employees of the Examining Division fires are organizing the process of training and certification of fire-technical experts in various specializations that are regularly conducted on the basis of ITSEP and conducting competitions for the title of "Best forensic expert institution of the Federal Fire Service," Fire Testing Laboratory "and" Best forensic expert and expert institutions of the Federal Fire Service, "Fire Testing Laboratory."
